PT Astra International Tbk. – Isuzu Sales Operation or commonly known as Astra Isuzu is a network of sales, maintenance, and repair services as well as the supply of spare parts for Isuzu products, which was established in 1990. Currently, Astra Isuzu is the largest Isuzu dealer in Indonesia, which controls about 45% of Isuzu’s total sales. In its business activities, Astra Isuzu is associated with PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) is the sole agent for the Isuzu brand holder (ATPM).

As the repair services for Isuzu vehicles, they need to predict who are potential churn customers.
